Shipping Policy

General Delivery Information

Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. To ensure the secure delivery of orders to the correct recipients our carriers all require someone to sign for the consignments at the final destination. Please make sure filling correct recipient address information. DO NOT fill in a PO Boxes but having a street address to avoid a potential trip to the Post Office or the package unable to dispatched and cleared, etc.

Note that: 1.we not only support shipping to countries list on our site, you can visit our "shipping country page" to check. if  you can't find your country on our list. pls contact us by info@ovonicshop.com 

2.Due to the new TAX  policy of EU, Our global warehouse closed the normal EU shipping channel temporarily

But we have a TAX included channel, which free shipping over 2.5kg for most EU countries, if you want to place order, you can contact us to open it.

Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements for non-document shipments to India

Customs clearance of Indian import shipments can only be done once the consignee provides the mandatory documents to establish his identity and address. PLEASE provide PAN number and Aadhaar number when place order

Your custom Clear serial number for the shipment to South Korea

As the Korea customs request, we need to add the receiver’s Korean serial number in the parcel, so could you please send us your Korean serial number? If you have no idea about the number, please check it in the Korean customs web: https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/index.do

As a general rule, we aim for 2-5 business days turn around from the moment your order has been received to the order being shipped from our warehouse. There are times when this may stretch out to 5 business days but that is generally a case of items being temporarily out of stock or large quantities of orders, etc.

Consignment Number Notification

All dispatched orders generate email advice automatically which is sent to the email address provided by the customer. If you do not receive any of these emails then please add info@ovonicshop.com to your email programs ‘Friends’ list. This will stop the notification emails from being classified as spam and re-directed to your Junk email folder. You may need to talk with your ISP as they can also accidentally blacklist domains that send a lot of emails.

 

All our Orders use shipping delivery services include tracking so you know exactly where your parcel is and when it's expected to arrive.

If your order is taking longer than expected, or, you want to find out when it will arrive, you can get your tracking/consignment number from your order emails, enter it in and check its progress at https://t.17track.net/en .(choose Australia Post or Fastway) The ensuing search results should show you the current status of your order, and, it’s a physical location. 

India

If you'd like to check on the progress of your order, you can get your tracking/consignment number from your order emails, enter it in and check its progress at http://ecg.kingtrans.cn//WebTrack  The ensuing search results should show you the current status of your order, and, it’s a physical location. When the shipment arrived in India and cleared the customs, you'll be required to complete the duty payment.

Special Notice:

Ovonicshop will send you emails with tracking updates starting once your parcel is lodged (you can opt out if you wish to not receive any more updates). If you haven't received the email, your parcel may not be lodged yet or your email address is incorrect. If you're unsure, contact us to check.

If your order is severely overdue please get in touch with our Customer Service via email info@ovonicshop.com. You will need to quote your order number in any communication with ovonicshop.  

Lost Boxes

If you feel a box has been lost in transit please contact Ovonicshop within 7 business days with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A track and trace search will be undertaken and inquiries will be made with the corresponding freight company to try and locate the missing box.

 

Missing Parts or Faulty Dispatched

Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part or incorrectly dispatched please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate.

 

Missing or Damaged Shipments

To avoid potential damaged or missing item disputes, you need to check the condition of the goods on arrival and ensure that all boxes in your order are present before signing for the parcel.

Please do not sign for boxes with exterior damage. This will immediately invalidate any insurance for ‘Damaged Goods’ and immediately becomes the customer's property in its signed condition. If the box has been delivered without the driver obtaining your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before a refund or replacement can occur.

General Return Policy

If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package and then discover that it has been damaged, contact us immediately. If possible please take photos of the damaged packages. If we are to put a claim into our freight company a photo provides fairly conclusive proof of where the fault lies. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods as the carrier may wish to inspect the consignment before processing the claim. Please do not return ‘damaged in transit’ merchandise yourself. Please contact us and we will make arrangements for the collection of the damaged goods, and, organize replacement product to be shipped to you. Returning the goods yourself could also jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.

All inquiries and claims for goods should be submitted within 20 working days. If the goods are overdue, the carrier company will not accept them.
